ALL children & adults MUST be at the home-check should you go for a FULL reserve on the cat.

*CAT OF THE MONTH *

Sam Ref WC4283

6 - 8 year old, Female.

Sam has been in our care since April.

Sam came to us after being left behind in a property by her owner.

As you can see from the photo on the right, she is VERY OVERWEIGHT although she is attempting to hide her tummy behind her scratch post!!! It's not the most flattering photo, she was rolling over which she loves doing all the time!

She has a fantastic funny character- she is quite chatty, friendly, confident and cuddly - when she wants to be, she's not terribly keen on being picked up - she's a cat that will come to you for attention when she wants it!!! She can be a little bit 'mardy' (has a bit of attitude) but that just adds to her funny character.

No Cats

Possibly ok with a quiet dog, due to her size, she will be BIGGER than a lot of small dogs!!!

Children Teenage+

Layla Ref WC4334

9 month old, Spayed Female.

Layla is a pretty grey and white girly. She has interesting eyes, she looks like she has eye liner on!!

She was very unsettled initially but has calmed down a lot, though she is quite a vocal cat and likes to let you know when she wants attention and more importantly food!

No Cats

Likely No Dogs

Neutering

Where possible we neuter all of the cats. If the cat you select has not been neutered at the time of the adoption you will receive a Voucher.

Microchipping

We microchip all of our cats when they come in to our care. Once adopted they then get registered to the new owner.

Arden Grange Food

We feed all of our cats on the complete dry food 'Arden Grange'. This can be purchased from us at the time of adoption and onwards and from various local retailers. Purchasing this food from us WILL help us to feed the cats left behind in the cattery for a whole month.

*Full details of all this will be explained to you during the adoption*

Sooty Ref WC4447

6 year old, Female.

Sooty was initially very shy when she came into the cattery. She has now started to enjoy a fuss and now even does a little meow when she likes a cuddle.

She isn't all that keen on being picked up or restrained so she is definitely and independent sort of cat that likes to come to you when she wants attention - on her terms.

No Cats

Dogs - May tolerate a calm/quiet dog

No Children, though maybe ok with older/sensible Teenage.

Archie Ref WC4384

# NOT AVAILABLE #

British Shorthair, 7 year old, Neutered Male.

Archie is very very daft! He is quite a confident, sociable cat. He LOVES loads of attention and fuss, but can get a little carried away and mouths/playbites, this is a behaviour that can be easily discouraged.

He is stunning to look at, being a pedigree British Shorthair, however you can see from the photo that his left eye has some damage this does not seem to affect his vision. Archie has quite an extensive medical history of which we will give the full details of to his new owner. Basically to cut a long story short - he possibly has an auto-immune illness which makes the body attack itself. He has had many tests but no firm diagnosis. That said, symptoms have been very successfully treated and he has now been off all treatments for over a year!

Our vet examined Archie on his arrival, and found him to be very healthy.

He is such a handsome and lovely cat, and he really deserves a committed, loving home. We really hop there is someone out there that will see past his ailments and give him a new life.

Archie would really love a nice 'stress free' quiet  home as it was reported by his previous owner that he urinated inappropriately. This was due to a house move to a flat in a noisy/busy area which Archie did not like. Since being in the cattery Archie has been 100% clean so we are positive that with the right home he will settle to be a fantastic addition to a loving family.

Children 10years+ Maybe older as Smudge is shy.

Pairs of Cats

We have several pairs of cats in our care.  They are looking for homes TOGETHER!

Minnie & Max

Ref WC4392 & WC4393

Both approximately 4 - 5 years old, probably brother and sister

Minnie (Left on photo) - Female, probably neutered.

Max - (Right in photo) - Neutered Male.

This very gorgeous pair of tabby cats came to us as strays. They are both extremely affectionate, though Max is very shy of people he doesn't know.

They would be PERFECT for a retired person/couple.

Cats - Yes, they love each other. They would probably want a home where its just the 2 of them.

Dogs - Maybe ok with a very very very quiet/calm dog!

Children Teenage+

TO BE HOMED TOGETHER!
